Locotik Guide by ZombiDJ Locotik Guide by ZombiDJ
My very first propper guide/reference about Locotiks.
I’ve gotten alot of questions about my species so I decided
to do a guide about them to answer them all in one go.
I probably missed some things but these are atleast the
most major things. Enjoy!

I know they are a closed species, but can I at least draw some? I won't post them or anything, I just really want to draw them

So, I've got one back from when you gave me permission, and I was just wondering something about them. If they're all hermaphrodites, would they still be called by specific gender pronouns and whatnot, or would it be more appropriate to refer to one as a neutral "they"? (I'm sorry if its a weird question, I was just curious if calling mine a "he" or "she" went against the species somehow. I've never been good with this stuff.)

wow i've never actually though of that. but I guess it all depends on what their parents decided to call them from birth. it guess it can all depend on what the young look like and what patterns and colors they have. I like to keep this rather open and there isn't any rule to why or what they are called.

Alrightie! I just didn't wanna seem like I was ignoring the species fact by referring to mine as a gender but it also seemed strange to just call it an "it" all the time (though, I love having androgynous characters and never actually going into whether they're male or female).

And one more question, hope I'm not bothering you- would they bristle when angry? I was drawing mine with some angry expressions and bristled fur, and was wondering if it was correct.
